The apartment is located in the amazing Folkeparken, the largest public park and protected area on the island. The park has hiking trails, and cross country skiing in the winter. Telegrafbukta is located within the park, witch is known as a great place to experiance the northern lights. Other usefull amenities closeby include: gym and busstops 200 meters, Tromsø museum 550 m, grocery store 1,2 km and city center is within walking distance. Small studio apartment in an old villa. Separate entrance. 18m2. Bathroom with shower and washing maschine. Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

Perfect for northern lights

This is a 35 m2 apartment 13km from Tromsø city center. Perfect for viewing the northern lights in a very quiet area! Suitable for up to four persons. One bed room plus fold-out-bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. The bus goes between Tromsø and the property 25 times a day on business days, 5-6 times on Saturdays and zero times on Sundays. Take route 412 from Torgsenteret 2 to Holmesletta. Park right outsidee and indside you really have everything you might need.
