Newly renovated home with luxury amenities located in the center of Troutman but secluded in woods. House has been fully renovated w/ new flooring, cabinets, beds & more. We pride ourselves in using very comfortable beds, pillows, sheets & towels. We stock home w/ as many luxuries as possible to blow away any hotel. 2 Roku TV's, 6 beds (2 queen & 4 twin beds) that sleep 8. Washer/Dryer, fully stocked kitchen (full size fridge) 200 mb internet. Small stocked pond next door available for fishing!

This lovely lake front property is not called Cabin on the Lake for just any reason. Sitting a mere 10 feet off the water this cozy home boasts a second-to-none view of Lake Norman. The Cabin includes a spacious dock with room for up to 3 boats, enough to host friends and family for an evening of cocktails and fireworks. This is a 2 bed 1 bath escape for water sport enthusiasts looking for a lakeside getaway or for the avid fisherman looking for their next Big Fish story. *PET FRIENDLY*

Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room has a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. The 900 sq. ft. guesthouse you'll stay in, was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.
