Sit underneath the two enormous Japanese maples that extend over the side of the around porch. Regardless of where you look, you will be immersed in the beauty of the country. Situated on 2 acres outside of Davidson city limits, every feature of this cozy home was thoughtfully curated to create lasting memories.

Here you will find a renovated cottage on 0.75 acres just 8 miles from downtown Davidson and 12 min from Davidson College. 20 min to Lake Norman, 30 min to Uptown CLT/CLT airport, and 15 min to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Home offers large front and back yard surrounded by trees, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed each), and 1 bathroom. You will have entire cozy cottage and property to yourselves, free to enjoy all the space and greenery.

Charming Union Street Historic District Studio

***Before booking please note, through June 2025 the main house will have a kitchen remodel and there will be loud noises M-Sa from about 830-4. Only book if you will be here to sleep or will not be bothered by potential noise. *** Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and queen bed.

Relax and enjoy the peaceful lakefront view, fall foliage on a kayak or even build a bonfire at sunset at The Loft on Lakeshore. You'll enjoy a private guesthouse on the second floor with a balcony overlooking Lake Norman. We welcome you! Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles from I-77, unwind after a busy day traveling or simply enjoy the beauty of the region and stay for awhile. You'll also have access to the lake, beach, fire pit, owner's dock and gazebo.
