On the hills north of Paphos there is a picturesque community many times called the Beverly Hills of Cyprus. Built on the slope of a hill of Kamares Village is my villa which consists of two levels. I live on the top level and my guests on the level below which comprises of one bedroom, living room, full bathroom and kitchenette and is surrounded by a beautiful garden next to the private swimming pool. This self contained place for my guests has separate entrance and it is totally private.

Overlooking the pool, my apartment has a seating area with sofa and a kitchen with fridge and stove. It is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and an 55” LCD TV. The private bathroom comes with a bathtub and the other one inside the master bedroom with shower.

This solitary, cosy and private chalet is located in the gardens of the main house on the edge of a peaceful and beautiful valley on the outskirts of rural Amargeti village. From your private & secluded patio area you can view the Troodos mountains & Vouni vineyards to the northeast, across Amargeti Forest and past the wind turbines near Kouklia and then to the sea to the south. It is a 25 minute drive up into the hills from Paphos International Airport.
