Our beachfront rental wooden cabin is exclusively located 70 meters from magnetic sand beach in Ureki, Georgia. It's a perfect place to escape to any season (except during cold or heavy rain spells). The cabin acommodates up to 6, family or friends, offering a nice retreat for those seeking a blend of rustic house, sea and nature. Located in a park and just a stone's throw from the therapeutic black sand beach of Magnetiti this perfectly placed retreat is your ticket to a rejuvenating getaway.

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.

There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.
