The Master bedroom includes a King Sized bed, the second bedroom has a Queen. The Study has a couch which converts into a Queen Bed. The Dining Room seats up to eight. The front porch is perfect for relaxing while watching life on the Avenue. Check in begins at 3:00 pm (no later than 10 pm) and check out is 10:00 am. Welcome!

And just minutes from the U of A, Randolph Golf, Botanical Gardens, shopping malls etc. It was our first home so we still have a great deal of affection for it! The Peter Howell Neighborhood is very walkable, and many enjoy taking their dogs to the Alvernon Park just down the street. Come experience midtown Tucson at one of our 12 homes !
