The Old Garden Cottage

Our rustic Garden Cottage is perfect for a romantic couple’s country getaway. Enjoy sundowners & the magic night skies with views over the valley & the dams below. Just 15 minutes away lies Nottingham Road with endless options for great meals, shopping & the Midlands Meander. Walks on the property, fishing, cycling or hikes in the mountains are available to you. The secluded cottage is within the main house’s sprawling gardens & our friendly dogs will likely pay you a visit during your stay.

Hilton House Two

Hilton House Two is perfectly located in the heart of Hilton, just 800m from the N3 highway. It is close to local schools and shopping centres. The cottage has its own private garden and own entrance and is joined to the main house. The property has remote gate access, with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Some highlights include uncapped WiFi, solar power backup, a four poster queen bed and a single day bed, a smart TV and a trendy kitchette! We would love to welcome you soon!

Seascape

Beautiful self contained studio cottage with stunning sea views and direct beach access. The unit is totally separate from the main house. WARNING - this property contains many steps to the beach This unit is suitable for only 2 guests. We do not accept extra guests and we do not allow children in this unit. Guests also have access to the shared splash pool situated next to the unit. Parking is in a designated parking area on the private road. This area is monitored by security cameras.

Forest Studio Suite | Kid-Friendly | Salt Rock

No load shedding in our area. If ever needed: WiFi stays on via inverter, with emergency lamps and gas for cooking. Super spacious studio suite with kitchenette, private bird-filled garden, outdoor patio and pull out sleeper couch in living area for children only. Expect monkeys and bush baby sounds at night. Children's toys and cot are available on request. Next to playground, nanny available on request. Not suitable for parties, events, or loud festivities (no music allowed).

The Igloo Cottage

Thatched country cottage situated in the Rosetta area (halfway between Nottingham Road and Mooi River). The carpeted cottage (close to our home) with a private entrance, consists of: - a bedroom (double-bed), - lounge, workstation, lounge chairs and sleeper-couch, - kitchenette and - shower area. Private courtyard with a patio table and chairs. Situated on a small holding with the Mooi river 250m from the cottage. Guests will be able to paddle on, walk or rest at the river.

The Fox and Hound

The Fox and Hound is situated in the leafy village of Hilton, close to upmarket shops, restaurants, schools, The Hilton Life Hospital and the popular Midlands Meander. It has a cosy living area, with a wood burning fireplace, full Dstv channels, and a well appointed open plan kitchen. Two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two singles, and the option of mattresses on the living room floor for extra guests. Free WiFi is available.

Fern Rivers Unit 7

This spacious and inviting unit offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a fully self-contained space featuring a spacious bathroom, as well as a convenient kitchenette equipped for light cooking. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, you'll love the quiet atmosphere and cozy charm of this tranquil hideaway. Step outside and enjoy your own dedicated outdoor area — ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings.

The Manna

The Manna is well located in the heart of Hilton, walking distance from supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. It is a free standing cottage with its own verandah and braai area. The property has remote gate access and parking right outside the cottage. The Manna features 2 bedrooms, a neat kitchen with a fridge, a small lounge with a sleeper couch, WiFi and a TV. We have two friendly dogs on the large property.
