Beachside Retreat Granny Flat🏝️☀️ This affordable, detached, cosy, self-contained granny flat is the perfect convenient base for those who love to explore. Just moments from the beach, it offers a private and comfortable retreat with home-style amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette, lounge w/ TV, bathroom with washing machine & a huge yard with a barbecue. The flat also features a double bed and a separate bedroom with a king bed and space for an extra single mattress if requested.

If you are interested in what true off-grid living is like, spend a few nights unwinding and reconnecting with yourself and nature. A self-sustainable place that uses solar power, composting toilet, gas cooking and fresh tank water. Leave your devices at home (there is no 240v power to plug into) and just let go! Sunny’s Place

Sunny’s Place is located in Lisarow, on the beautiful Central Coast. The guesthouse is a small studio with an ensuite that is equipped with most things you'll need for a new nights away. It is close to our family home but is a separate building with separate access. There isn't a lot to do in Lisarow but it's 5 mins from shops and M1 and 30 minutes from most places on the Central Coast, including Terrigal, The Entrance and Glenworth Valley, so a good base for your weekend away.

Lucy (Boxador Retriever) is our hostess with the mostest and will greet you on arrival.

The Studio, has a lovely comfortable King size bed, reverse cycle air con, en suite, cooking facilities and coffee machine. Great walks at the rear of the property- a popular spot for birders. An opportunity to learn about or ride horses. Very good wifi. Close to Westfield shopping centre. A 25 min drive to numerous, stunning beaches, Shelly beach at Bateau Bay being the closest.

This leafy, well situated one room cabin, with en-suite and kitchenette is only 5 minutes walk to Bateau Bay beach and local shops. Well situated to National park, golf course, bus, restaurants and clubs. Easy drive to The Entrance and Terrigal. This listing does not allow pets.
