The house at No. 1

A lovely 5 bedroom house in the heart of Havelock North with views out over Tainui Reserve and out to the mountains. Just a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the village. The 4 main bedrooms open out onto an expansive deck. Storage for bikes, golf clubs and other equipments is available in our garage next door. Enjoy a BBQ on the beautiful deck after a day enjoying the wineries and other attractions of Hawke’s Bay. We have tried to provide everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Blue Gum Cottage

This serene and comfortable cottage is in a private location on a rural lifestyle property, just 15 minutes from both Havelock North and Hastings, within easy cycling distance to the Bridge Pa wineries, including Trinity Hill, Ash Ridge, Oak Estate & more. Free use of E bikes A delightful garden with rural views and friendly sheep, goats & pony Your host, Sue, will provide continental breakfast for two, delivered to your room for you to enjoy in private. Private entrance and safe parking.

Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

Village a walk away. Breakfast & garden hot tub.

Safe, quiet and private space, separate from the host. No shared spaces. Hot tub is by your entrance. A range of breakfast supplies in your space for enjoying at your convenience. From the comfortable queen bed, enjoy the garden outlook. Guests comment on their comfortable sleep. A queen bed enuite studio is also available (see my other listing) 39 cafes, bars, unique boutique shops and a NW supermarket close by. Onsite parking is available for one vehicle. “Longworth” a stylish separate apartment

We are a retired farming couple with one cute cat. Our purpose built first floor 100 sqm apartment is sunny, overlooks Te Mata Peak and its balcony provides stunning views over Orchards. Great care was taken in ensuring your every comfort. A private entrance situated next to our home with alarm gives complete privacy. In the summer you are welcome to use our pool, stroll to Havelock village plus 3 acres of grounds and Bike trails at the gate. Perfect for business or short-term breaks.

Outskirt Escape

Enjoy the tiny home living experience in our Outskirt Escape, situated on a lifestyle property surrounded by fruit trees, garden, and lawns. Enjoy the serenity of rural living while still being 5 minutes from town. A couple of highlights include foraging in our home orchard, home baking on arrival, or for something a little more active, why not have a go on our pickleball court. Living in our bespoke tiny home will be a unique experience. You are bound to feel relaxed and at home here.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Birds Eye View

Bird Eye View overlooks Hawke’s Bay as far as the eye can see to the Kaweka and Ruahine ranges. This is paradise for you. 4km south of Havelock North and 30 minutes from the Napier airport. Set on a farm you experience peace and quiet close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor bath under the stars, listen to Moreporks, overlooking the stunning lights and views of rural Hawke's Bay.
