A quiet stay 2 minutes away from downtown Tulsa. NO cleaning fees! — Host cleans the property himself - please keep reading! Guests will have the entire space to themselves: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and living room! Host is an aspiring Animator and lives in the “mother in law suite” on the property - same building! The kitchen door divides the property with locks on both sides. The laundry room is on the “mother in law’s” side. Host parks in the back! Garage in construction!

Hill Top Bungalow: Safe, Secure, Secluded

The bungalow is a renovated and professionally decorated two-bedroom, one-bath house with a garage and laundry facilities. The modern kitchen boasts a gas range, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and essential appliances. Breakfast items are stocked as well. Three TVs with YouTube TV, Prime TV, and Netflix provided by the Host. Bedrooms have a new queen bed and a sofa in the living room for a maximum of 5 guests plus a pack and play for little ones. Enjoy a furnished deck, fire pit.

Private backyard Pool, Cozy 3 bd, 3 bth w/open kitchen, lg. deck partially covered & inground saltwater pool (not heated). We leave our pool open all year, ready to swim when weather is nice. Malls, expressways, theaters, restaurants & neighborhood park. Park includes a splash pad, swimming pool (free) up to 3 ft, tennis courts &walking trail. 2.5 miles Expo, 2.5miles Brookside, 3.5miles Cherry St. & downtown Tulsa. St. John's hospital 2.5miles, Hillcrest 3.5miles & St. Francis Yale 2.5miles.

Katie's Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, relaxing deck on the back, outside dining beside a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

The Hot Tub is up and running! Walking distance to the Rose District, our newly constructed Cottage comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, private parking and entrance. This peaceful studio is absolutely charming! The vibrant Rose District is perfect for window shopping, visiting local antique shops, and great dining! Easy expressway access means the Gathering Place, Utica Square, and downtown Tulsa are just a short drive. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and rest well at the end of the day!

Stunning Ivy Cottage, hot tub, pets, Pickle Ball

A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.
