This home shines over the rest with a pool table in the game room, a Nintendo switch, and a beautiful outdoor kitchen and seating area under a covered pavilion! There are too many perks to count, including a full coffee bar, S&C and Body Wash, and more. Pool and hot tub are available for guest use seasonally from May-October, weather permitting.

The kitchen has all amenities & we have indoor dining seating for 12. The living room seats 8. There’s lots of outdoor seating as well. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is open May 15th- October 1st. We are one exit up from Riverside and 9 miles from the Gathering Place. We are also on the exit of the brand new Tulsa Premium Outlets.

This unique place has a style all its own, and includes a cool pinball table and arcade cabinet! Adults and kids alike will enjoy the generous amenities and whimsical room decorations - we don't take ourselves too seriously and hope our place can offer you an entertaining space to relax, de-stress and enjoy yourself after travel (and hopefully distract the kids for a while). Our neighborhood also offers plenty to do - scenic fishing ponds, a playground, and a community pool (open seasonally).

You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather (below freezing) or malfunctions.
