Phenomenal Stay In Phillip

The apartment is spacious with a unique industrial style fit out which features exposed brick, 3.4m high concrete ceilings and exposed pipework. The home includes engineered timber floorboards throughout which adds to the industrial feel. Double sliding doors opens up to a covered balcony with views that look towards the Brindabella's. Originally built in the mid 1960's and used as Government Offices, in 2020, they underwent a rebirth into these stunning warehouse style residential apartments.

Turn of the century "Farm Worker's Cottage" that became part of Tumbarumba as this picturesque little mountain town has grown over the last 100 years. Originally part of the Snowy's farming land holdings, it's now just a short distance from beautiful parklands, Rail Trail, delightful cafes, wineries, trout fishing, & historical walking tracks such as the Hume & Hovell National Trail. My unit is located in a very quiet street, and only a 10 min walk to Woden Westfield Town Centre where you'll find retail shops, Coles, Woolworths, cafes, restaurants and a cinema. The hospital is less than a km away. In 2019, I transformed an empty space into a spacious, comfortable unit providing all you need for a seamless stay. It has a large kitchen with centre island bench, and a lounge/dining area opening onto a sunny courtyard. It’s perfect for short or long stays.

this hidden paradise is located in town but... a spacious lawn and a beautiful creek gives an outdoorsy feel to the property. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.
