Guests have exclusive use of the whole apartment. A private balcony with a view over a park. No smoking in apartment or balcony.

The nearest grocery store and restaurant are 200 m away. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a comfortable spare bed for one is brought into the living room when necessary. The apartment has also air conditioning.
