It is spotlessly clean & beautifully appointed with WiFi, smart TV, comfy beds and the highest quality linen. Guests have the use of the breezeway alfresco dining/BBQ area, table tennis table & several outdoor relaxation areas

Have fun with the whole family at this modern Hampton inspired beach house, brand new build and furniture and just steps away to the white sandy beaches of Kingscliff, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath duplex, consists of 1 king bed, 2 queen sized beds and 2 single sized beds. It has an open plan living space with 5 seater lounge, 4 seat dining table and 4 seat breakfast bar. Perfect for small, large or multiple family getaways. We welcome you to your home away from home. Pets allowed subject to approval.

Note: Sleep-out (4th bedroom) is only included for groups of 7+ guests. Groups of 1–6 receive a lower rate and can access 3 bedrooms, with optional access to the sleep-out for an additional charge. This spacious 3 bedroom + sleep-out, 2 bathroom home sits on scenic Palm Beach canals with pool, private beach, jetty, fire-pit, and views of Burleigh Headland - all within walking distance to the beach. Main living & sleep-out have split-system A/C; 3 bedrooms have in-window A/C and ceiling fans.

Fingal Head Beachhouse - close to Dreamtime Beach

This Fingal Beach House is ideally located close to the Beautiful Fingal Surf Beach and close to the fantastic fishing along the Tweed River. Fingal Head is one of the little known corners of the Tweed Coast holiday scene, quiet unspoiled beaches and the sparkling Tweed River are right on the doorstep. Fingal township is at the end of a long sand spit with the Tweed River on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other. Please note we do not charge extra for you being able to bring your pets.

1 Bedroom Coastal Granny Flat

Light, modern 1 bedroom granny flat with separate entrance. 8 minute walk to the beach. Sleeps 4 with 1 queen bed and one sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen, double vanity bathroom with large shower, walk in robe, Netflix and wifi. Lovely deck to relax on or enjoy a meal outdoors. Within walking distance to shops, cafes, parks and beach. Perfect for a weekend away or for longer stays. We welcome small, non shedding dogs only up to 8kg. This property is not suitable for bigger dogs and pets.

IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.

Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Ask me about bringing your furbaby - prior approval required.
