This a cozy first floor walk out basement apartment in a 2 unit two blocks from Lake Michigan or Muskegon lake. Please note that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven. Welcome to life at the Lake! Our Lake House just went through an extensive remodel and will give you the feeling of a brand new house. This property, on just over an acre, features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 14 people. At the lake you will be able to enjoy water activities, campfires by the water and plenty of games inside to entertain. Bring or rent your own boat, our house has 36ft dock.
