Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Access to a 15-acre private fishing/no wake lake just few minute walk from the cabin. New dock as of June 2023. Kayaks, canoe, SUP. A/C in main bdrm. P. S. The neighbor with the dogs has moved away permanently. ;-) NOTE: 3 night minimum $25 per person per night after 2 persons. $50 Pet fee

Little Cabin in the Woods

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.
