Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

This two level home boasts fantastic lake views, 4 outdoor decks/patios, fire pit, 2 family rooms and enough space to be separate when the time comes. We are walking distance to 3 public lake access points & a short bike ride to Spring Lake's Lakeside beach & Central Park. Grand Haven's gorgeous beaches are a short 3 miles, 30min to Grand Rapids & Holland, 15min to Muskegon.

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.
