Sleek Waterfront Apartment in Twin Waters

Defined by its blend of muted colours and geometric decor pieces, this subdued apartment has a streamlined style that fosters a climate of calm. A covered deck patio invites the ideal space to host a barbeque, complete with lake views. Direct lagoon water views and ground floor access make this a dream holiday destination. You can't help but relax! Ground floor apartment with your own private garden and deck with direct walking access to the resort restaurants and bar, lagoon, pool, surf beach and river. Access the resort facilities with free water sports (kayaking, water trampoline and sailing boats) and a paid water activity park perfect for the kids (and big kids too!). An 18 hole Golf course runs through the resort. This is a perfect Sunshine Coast getaway for the whole family. All linen and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and watch the world go by. The Sunshine Coast airport is a few minutes drive, Sunshine Plaza is a 15 minute drive, there are however local shops for provisions. Any questions before or while you are staying, please text, call or you can message via AirBnB. Contact details are all provided in the information pack on arrival. Set within Twin Waters Resort, the apartment is set beside the Maroochy River. It's steps away from a golf course and a beach, as well as a conservation area. Restaurants and nightlife in town are a short drive away. Full access to resort facilities may be subject to COVID restrictions. We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.
