With warmth and comfort in mind, this newly built home has been designed for an enjoyable family holiday. The spacious living areas are soaked in sun, with a mountain vista. The outdoor area provides an option to have a relaxed dining experience, taking in the views. Nova Heights features two queen bedrooms and one bunk room, ensuring all of the family have their own space to retreat to. Built in a quiet neighbourhood, Nova Heights is the perfect location to have fun with the whole family.

Mahina Cabin was used by the owner to live in prior to building our residence on this 5500sqm site. It is 10m from our Mahina Cottage and 15m behind our house. It is cosy, private, has plenty of parking and has all that is needed for a quiet getaway while enjoying our little piece of paradise here in Twizel, the heart of the Mackenzie Country. The grounds have been landscaped with mainly native plantings to enhance the privacy and views. The owners live on site and operate a native nursery.

My Apartment is a golfers paradise and has an outdoor eating area and Sky T V. WiFi (wireless) is provided

Entrance can be through the internal garage, great for winter months, or via the covered veranda, which happens to be perfect for morning coffee in the sun. The cottage boasts a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating and two bedrooms. It is located in a quiet area, walking distance to town.

Our home is situated in an exclusive position directly on the Alps to Ocean Cycle Trail, and is a perfect base for exploring Mount Cook National Park
