We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and free covered parking space. Cant get much closer to beach! Ask about our golf cart rental. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

For your convenience and comfort the apartment has a new Queen size bed, private entrance, fully stocked kitchen, and private bathroom. There is a large shared covered deck, great for relaxing and chatting with other guests. All units have wifi and 50 inch ROKU. Bring your log ins. No discounts on Internet outages I cannot control that.
