With stunning sunsets and regular visits from the local wildlife (otters, dolphins, etc) this will be a trip you won't soon forget. Our Boat is ideal for 2 guests, but a third adult guest is permitted with an additional $100 nightly fee. Our Boat on Tybee is not ideal for guests with mobility issues or children under 13 years

Several restaurants and shops are close by. The condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

There is also an on-site Golf Cart that is separately rentable per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.
