Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment

Leutasch is paradise for mountain biking (2 bikes available in the house) and nordic skiing as well as hiking and relaxing. The apartment of 54 m2 is located in an idyllic place, barrier-free and fully equipped to modern standards. Additionally: During the winter months, you can use the Nordic skiing tracks free of charge as long as you have the guest passes with you. During the summer months, every registered traveller can use the Alpenbad for 4 hours every day. That's an awesome deal!

Im Herzen des westlichen Mittelgebirges liegt das malerische Götzens. Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler ruhiger Lage. Innsbruck ist mit Bus oder Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in comfort...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the large comfortable bed.

For example you can reach the Area47 in only a few minutes. In addition, all important local suppliers are within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is full featured, so that a carefree holiday with the whole family is guaranteed.

Sommer auf der Alm! Die Wohnung liegt in 1650 m Höhe auf der Gerlosplatte. Zwei Parkplätze sind für Euch direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus umfasst zwei Wohnungen mit getrennten Eingängen. Die Wohnfläche der Gartenwohnung umfasst 75 qm mit 2 Schlafzimmern, individuell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein traditionell getäfelter Wohnraum mit verglastem Erker. Besonders schön ist die windgeschützte Südterrasse.

Am Fuß der Serles liegt unsere Ferienwohnung "Hochserles": 64 m² groß, mit 2 Schlafzimmern (je 1 Doppelbett), Dusche/WC, Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch (für noch 2 Personen), Balkon und Parkplatz vor dem Haus - ein guter Beginn für einen Urlaub! Auch unsere neue Ferienwohnung "Serlesblick" liegt in unserem Haus im 1. Stock und bietet Platz für maximal 4 Personen!
