Die Südhanglage garantiert eine sanftes Wecken durch die ersten Sonnenstrahlen & Sonne bis in die Abendstunden. Der kleine Bergbach auf dem Grundstück lädt zum verweilen bis in die Nacht am Lagerfeuer ein. 150 m² frisch saniert, neues Mobiliar & eine hochwertige Küchenausstattung lassen keine Wünsch offen. You'll feel right at home in our quiet yet centrally located accommodation with a small garden terrace. Situated on the edge of the forest, you can start your hikes directly from the property. The swimming pool with its natural lake and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15 km radius, you'll find 5 golf courses, and the area is ideal for biking, even with kids. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Wintergarten am wunderschönen Thiersee. Entfernung zum See 2 min. Ein Spaziergang um den See dauert ca eine halbe Stunde ( 2km). Es befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz in 500m Entfernung. Supermarkt und Pizzeria 1km entfernt. Viele kleine Wanderungen bis hin zu schwierigen Tagestouren sind vom Haus aus machbar. Bester Ausgangspunkt für eine Mountainbiketour auf den Pendling (Hausberg). Alpinisten werden hier ebenso glücklich werden wie Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Winter: Die Skigebiete Alpbach (20 Min), Wilder Kaiser (25 Min) und Zillertal (30 Min) sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Jeden Tag ein neues Schneeabenteuer!

Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.
