Дом на холме. Самый центр Боржоми. 8-10 минут пешком до Центрального Парка с серными ваннами, рядом Крестовая гора и Крепость Петри. Прямо под домом новые стадион и спортивный комплекс. Лифт платный 10/20 Тетри. Конек нашего Дома -Крыша,с которой открывается Wow вид на Город, Реку и Горы 🥰

Our charming EcoCottage located in Borjomi is nested in a green landscape. The cottage is constructed from sustainable wood, giving it a natural appearance. Large windows allow for abundant sunlight, offering a perfect spot to relax. The interior of the cottage is a contrast to earthy surroundings. As you step inside, you’re greeted by a burst of warmth and color. These colours, which are complemented by wooden beams, create a total cozy atmosphere.

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.
