Malaika Nyumbani on the Beach in Galu.

The apartment is so close to the water that you don't have to put on your shoes to get to the beach. It is located in the Tamani compound and is behind four beach houses but has easy access to the pool and the beach. There is currently construction in the compound next to ours and the noise levels are erratic. The Sails Seafood Restaurant is next door. Access to other restaurants and shops are within a short tuk tuk ride. Fishermen visit daily with fresh fish that the chef will cook for you.

We are in a centrally located spot. You can easily walk to supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs, & pharmacies within 5 minutes, as well as to the beach, which is only 8 minutes away. Attractions like Kisite Mpunguti Marine National Park, Shimba Hills, Funzi Island, & Chale Island are all within a 45-minute drive. You can also explore the Kongo River for boat tours & birdwatching, just 10 minutes away by car, or Borabora Wildlife Sanctuary, which is 20 minutes away. We are in the heart of Diani!

(it is sometimes closed so please enquire direct with Salty Squid Restaurant when they are open) You can stroll down for a swim in the sea or the pool just yards away. There is an outside living area and equipped kitchen for your own use.
