Apartman je smjesten u tihoj zoni na oko 5 minuta hoda od Male plaze i zidina Staroga grada. Apartman je namjenjen za porodicni odmor do 8 osoba.Gosti na raspolaganju imaju 3 spavace sobe , komplet opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak i 3 kupatila.Apartman posjeduje poseban ulaz, balkon sa pogledom na more i terasu. Smjestajne jedinice su klimatizovane i imaju besplatan Wi Fi. Dva javna parkinga su u samoj blizini objekta. Jedina obaveza gosta je placanje takse od 0.70 € na dan. Djeca ne placaju.

An einem der schönsten Fleckchen Europas steht das 2024 erbaute Holzhaus, auf der weitgehend naturbelassenen Insel Ada Bojana. Direkt auf den Fluss gebaut, in Sicht-, Schwimm- und Laufweite zum Meer. Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

The cities of Bar and Ulcinji are located 10km from the villa. We offer extra water activities-jet ski rental and water sports equipment (additional fees). This super villa has 5 bedrooms and attached bathroom. Villa features high luxury furniture, appliances, huge balconies, big laundry room, jacuzzi bathtubs, TVs, wifi and a camera system.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
