Woodstock Historic Artist Estate - The Pond House

Awaken to an idyllic lake view through a timber-framed glass facade. Acclaimed social realist painter Reginald Marsh's family estate is known to be unique for Woodstock with its ball shaped junipers, a pond that brackets the house, expansive lawns, a gathering of birches and 100 year old cone shaped cedar trees. In short walking distance to the center of Woodstock the secluded setting with a private waterfall bordering a public preserve as well as the attention to architectural detail is unique.

Authentic hand made log cabin deep in the woods. A wilderness experience only 90 miles from Downtown New York. Abe Lincoln and Daniel Boone never had it so good... besides the wilderness, rustic space and the fireplace this country cabin has electricity and indoor plumbing! The cabin is close to Bethel Woods (14 miles) and Casino & Waterpark (10 miles). NOTE: This remote cabin is for DISCONNECTING from civilization and has limited cell service. Abe Lincoln didn't have wifi and neither will you.

Margaretville Mountain House

Come relax at our beautiful mountain home! We have 27 acres to explore and enjoy. We have a basketball hoop in the driveway and a playground in the backyard. We have a private swimming pond with a sandy beach as well as a fire pit. Our deck boasts a propane grill and a beautiful view! Our mid-century home was recently updated but maintains its 1960’s charm. We have a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Our basement includes a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar.

View the trestle and walk 5 minutes to the trail from the house. Walk to local eateries, and cinema, or just relax by the river.

Our beautiful Lakeside campus is located 2 hours from New York City. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Seasonally we have boating included for guests. There is a playground for children. We are dog friendly, there is a semi open space for dogs to run. Great place to celebrate the end of a college fall semester. We are located centrally near the Hudson Valleys many attractions from Shawangunk Mountain climbing, trails, skiing, and NYC Reservoirs.
