Woodstock Historic Artist Estate - The Pond House

Awaken to an idyllic lake view through a timber-framed glass facade. Acclaimed social realist painter Reginald Marsh's family estate is known to be unique for Woodstock with its ball shaped junipers, a pond that brackets the house, expansive lawns, a gathering of birches and 100 year old cone shaped cedar trees. In short walking distance to the center of Woodstock the secluded setting with a private waterfall bordering a public preserve as well as the attention to architectural detail is unique.

This New House

Unique custom built new home constructed purposefully for Airbnb quests. This house offers a distinctive design with a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dinning area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Granite, slate, and soapstone accentuate the countertops, vanities, and floors. You will also see plenty of natural pine, hickory, and local cedar throughout the house.

This sweet A-Frame hideaway located in a wooded area between Saugerties and Woodstock will welcome you and warm your spirit with its charm. Featuring 2 bedrooms, each with Queen Beds, and a couch that folds out to a Full Bed, there's ample space for 4. But, it's also a serene escape for an individual or couple. Extreme cleanliness is a priority. Quality bedding assures a good nights sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.
