Sunset Paradise Cottage

Welcome to "Sunset Paradise”! A 4 bedroom, 2 bath picturesque lakefront cottage located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. This property features a fully screened in porch, upper and lower decks, a relaxing 6-person hot tub, a private dock with a large sun deck, 1 boat lift, & 1 PWC lift. Fish off the dock, float on a tube (we can rent ours!), relax in the oversized hammock or enjoy a paddle in the 2 kayaks provided for use.

Adorable seasonal 625 sq ft. cottage in Burdett has 63' of lake frontage available mid-May-10/31. Close to wineries, distilleries, breweries 7 Miles to Watkins Glen 4 minutes to Dandy Mini Mart A private, paved, easily navigated road takes you to the cottage with 63’ of lake frontage. There are quite a few steps to the beach (with an easy rise and places to rest) but oh, so worth it! Don't forget your water shoes! Available mid-May through October 31. Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.
