Set on a 20hectare property on the banks of the Mooi River, Coldstream Cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy the beautiful views on the verandah, stroll down to the river or have an early morning run. The cottage is an architect designed, open plan, one bedroom unit with partly open plan bathroom. Morning sun pours through expansive glass panes, a free standing fireplace and solid wood floors help keep it warm in winter. A 20 minute drive gets you to Nottingham Road shops and restaurant

It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

It overlooks a field, is peaceful and quiet and yet close to the coffee shops and eating places. Bourne View has an excellent location, close to pubs and meander shops and yet retains the feel of being in the country. A home away from home we offer comfort. We like to think that we have the best of both worlds here at Yellowwoods! We are a little farm so expect a bit of ‘farm noise’ about and general day-to-day goings on.
