Walk to restaurants, shops, grocery store, Queens College & more. 1 1/2 miles to SouthPark Mall, 3.5 miles to uptown/Panther/CFC & Hornets Stadiums. Backyard pool, spa and lower level of garage are shared spaces. Loft gets warm in summer months.

Mark and Robin live upstairs when in town, but you will have the entire spacious basement (1400 square feet) to yourself. Note: pool is not heated.

Our home is only a couple of miles from Ballantyne corporate center, about 30 minutes from uptown, 25 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Carowinds, and 35 minutes to the whitewater center.
