This is a shared space. I am have a room here also. It's a cozy apartment located on the ground floor of a multi dewling property. It's great for two people in the Port Richmond section of Staten Island. its very private and quiet. Guest will share common areas. The apartment has its own heating/air conditioning for your comfort. It's close to the Geothals Bridge and Bayonne Bridge. It's a short ride to the Staten Island Ferry. We are very close to transportation and restaurants.
