This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. Our townhouse is located in the Riverfront Park section of Lower Downtown, facing beautiful Cherry Creek and its running and bike paths. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks, light rail, and major attractions downtown, including the Ball Center, Larimer Square, the Rockies ballpark, Mile High Stadium and Union Station. Stairs are required to access all levels. A maximum of 4 people - our sofa is not designed for sleeping.

This is a backyard studio apartment with high ceilings, plenty of light and lots of privacy. The entrance to the studio is accessed through an alley, with street parking an easy 1/2 block walk away. Conveniently located to the 38th and Blake Street "A" Train, RINO Arts District, York Street Yards and all the breweries and fun of central Denver, Colorado. You are a hop, skip and a jump to I-70 and the fast track to the Rocky Mountains.
