The Lodge 44a - nr. South Downs N. Park. No Fees!

The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

This peaceful, modern two bedroom log cabin is on the edge of an AONB. Ideal for enjoying the Wye Valley and Herefordshire countryside on 2 wheels or 4 (lockable bike store included), walking nearby footpaths, visiting nearby pubs/restaurants and attractions, working or simply chilling out. 10 mins from the M50 with easy access to picturesque Ross On Wye, historic Hereford, Hay on Wye, Monmouth, South Wales, the Forest of Dean and Abergavenny. Family friendly with disabled access if required.

Y Beudy is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Bwthyn, it is a ground level cottage, converted from a stone cowshed with wheelchair access. Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

East Wittering, Beach, dogs and child friendly

Eco style property with great accessibility , nestled 3 mins walk from dog friendly Wittering and B.Bay beaches. Great for pets and children, a gated,secure property, sleeps six adults with a king master ensuite and two bedrooms set as twin or super king rooms. +2 children can sleep in any of the rooms on the two chair beds (suitable for young children & toddlers only) & can be set up as required. 'The Byre' a 1 Bedroom Cottage in the Countryside

The Byre at Butterywells Farm is a converted byre located next to our farmhouse, which dates back over two hundred years. The Byre is a fully equipped self catering holiday cottage with many original features. The Byre is wheelchair accessible with its own parking area. Set in 2 acres of mature gardens containing walks, secluded seating areas and a small lochan. Experience country living whilst only being a 15 min drive from the centre of Aberdeen. Not just dogs are welcome but horses too.

Unique, historic home at Strathcarron, near Skye

The Ticket Office at Strathcarron Station is a luxury self catering apartment on the famous Kyle Line, one of the “Great Railway Journeys”. Enjoy a relaxing break in this two bedroom ground floor disabled friendly apartment. Many original features have been retained and the space has been carefully modernised with ramp access and wet room. Peaceful views to the surrounding mountains and watch the trains right outside! Only half a mile from NC500 too. Sorry no children under 13 or pets.

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Roundwood nestles in the beautiful countryside of the Welsh borders close to the town of Knighton. Roundwood affords glorious views of the Shropshire hills and the Welsh Marches. Roundwood is a smallholding with horses, sheep and chickens who wander in the pastures that surround the accommodation. The Stables is a self contained one bedroom cottage comfortably furnished with a large bathroom, kitchen, lounge and utility room. It has access to a secure dog exercise area and tennis court.
