Beautiful, bright, newly renovated basement apartment in the University District. Simple, elegant, and timeless are how we describe it. It boasts an open concept layout that feels gracious and relaxing. Our family of 5 lives full-time upstairs. We attempt to keep the noise to a minimum, and you will hear us. We provide a white noise machine, ear plugs and box fan. We are respectful of your privacy, yet happy to help you find your way around the neighborhood if you’re looking for suggestions.

Our cozy ground floor daylight basement apartment is close to everything! Just 1 -1/2 blocks off the "Ave", a few blocks from the University of Washington, access to prime bus/light rail stops (1 block/0.6 miles respectively), this University District location can't be beat. Enjoy your stay in a humble 1 bedroom with eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with the essentials and a private garden entrance to your own parking spot. An ideal base camp for UW Medicine residents or for exploring the area.

Experience Seattle oasis living in our in-city, Wallingford neighborhood, newly renovated (completed in Aug. 2017), Mid-century modern, 750 SF, entire ground level Guest Suite. You are 3.5 miles from Amazon & Downtown Seattle & 1.2 miles from the University of Washington (main campus). We have designed the suite with Airbnb guests in mind from Air Conditioning and parking space (both are rare in Seattle), soundproofing/double pane windows, to our super easy private keypad suite access.

Includes a well-equipped kitchen, full bath, full-size appliances, washer and dryer, WIFI, a 65' Ultra HD TV with AppleTV. Easy on street parking. We respect quiet hours after 8 pm and before 8 am.

This beautiful Master Suite Studio in our 4-unit guest house is located in Green Lake, one of Seattle's best neighborhoods. It features a king bed, gas fireplace, and a huge bath suite. The unit is a second floor walk-up (~20 steps). It is a block from beautiful Green Lake, & walking distance to many great local restaurants, cafes, shops & outdoor activities, and a short drive to the University of Washington and the Zoo. Limited parking is available onsite.

Our sparkling clean, studio, mother-in-law apartment is located near enough to the U of W to walk but far enough to avoid most of the noise. Several coffee shops and small neighborhood stores are located within a couple of blocks. The kitchen is fitted out with essential cooking items and the bathroom contains towels, a washer and dryer. Inflatable hot tub. Guest pass for 24 hour zone street parking available during your stay.

The apartment features a stunning open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen in addition to two bathrooms featuring a luxurious walk-in rain shower!
