Close to restaurants, shops, and downtown. Very clean and light, this apartment includes a master bedroom with a new queen bed and bedding, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, large living room with flat screen TV, DVD, cable and high speed Wi-Fi. Large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home – full stove/oven, refrigerator, new dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher and dining room. The apartment has a private outside stairway entrance and its own small deck and adirondack chairs. Bright and airy with high ceilings, the apartment has a loft overlooking the living room that has additional double futon bed for additional guests. Includes stacked washer/dryer. Children welcome. So many great restaurants within walking distance! The apartment is one block away from Sundance natural food market, Humble Bagel, Humble Beagle Pub, Allan Bros. Coffee, an Indian restaurant and burrito shop. Also within walking distance of 19th St. McMenamin’s Pub, Prince Puckler’s ice cream, Eugene City Bakery, Bepe & Gianni’s Italian Restaurant, Agate Alley and Studio One Café. Amazon running/biking trails and public pool are all just blocks away. Bicycle rental nearby. The apartment is above a large Craftsman style house- which is where we, your hosts, live. We are available at all times, but respect your privacy. The apartment is a self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time. PAYMENT by airbnb website service prior to arrival.
