The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

A delightful tiny cottage near downtown on a quiet dead end street. The structure is located directly behind my home. It is attached to my garage. A patio separates the two structures. The Cottage looks out to a Japanese garden, but it is close to my house. Our 650 sq ft modern airbnb is open and bright with lots of windows and tucked in the trees in beautiful South Eugene. Our neighborhood is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and great walking trails. Just 3 miles from the U of O and 1/2 mile from the bike path. There is one full bedroom and an additional sleeping space in the downstairs living room with a pull out couch that we will gladly make up as a bed if you need it.
