Steps away from extensive bike/walking trails along river. Two bikes/helmets included. Easy walk or bike ride to Autzen, easy bike ride to U of O campus and Hayward Field

This is a beautiful remodeled vintage cottage filled with natural light, exposed brick, fir floors, a gas fireplace, and private parking. It is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Charming house in amazing LOCATION! Within walking distance to Autzen, Cuthbert, Oakway Shopping, gyms, golf courses, restaurants, Starbucks, parks and more! Five minute drive to UO campus. Fully equipped cottage with two separate bedrooms. Sleeps 4. Covered patio w/BBQ. Parking for two cars. Bedrooms have closets with heaters and fans. Flat screen TV and internet. Full kitchen, washer and dryer. Private driveway. We live in main house in front. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Small pet ok.

College Hill 1-Bedroom Private Apartment

Bright, clean, College Hill 1-bdrm suite with private entrance. Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). WiFi, television (w/Roku) and bluetooth speaker provided for entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. University is just a few blocks more.

The private entrance features a key-code entry allowing you to come and go as you please. Be our guests and enjoy this spacious living area with a large screen TV, expanded cable, Netflix, and WiFi. The suite has a private bathroom. It also includes a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, teapot, and coffee maker.

University Charm Bungalow - 4 block walk to UofO

Newly renovated & furnished, charming bungalow sits only a few blocks from the University of Oregon campus and some of the best restaurants in Eugene. Built in 1936, but recently renovated with updated bathrooms and kitchen, the house offers a retro feel with modern amenities for your comfort. The private back patio offers an area to relax outside after a long day of walking the town, exploring Hendricks Park, or attending an event to cheer on the Ducks!
