One of the best views of the sunset at the beach! *please note this is a 2nd floor unit, no elevator*this resort is a family friendly resort and follows STRICT rules of noise ordinances*

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍

Please note: There’s no guest parking on-site, but paid parking is nearby as well as a frequent public trolley.

Unit 206 is a BAYSIDE unit. Gulf Gate Resort is a BEACHFRONT complex. Our unit has a washer/dryer, full kitchen, assigned covered parking next to the elevator. Down the elevator and your just a few steps to the beach! Amenities include an Exercise Room, Free Wi-Fi (5G ), secured entrance/elevator, Beach Front Pool, Pavilion w/ Gas Grills & Hot Tub leading to your Private Beach. Max 4-person occupancy is strictly enforced. NO PETS are allowed on the Resort.

Our home is over 1000 sq. ft and is newly furnished with plenty of room to relax during your stay. Our beach is private so there aren’t large crowds!
