*ONE ADULT MUST BE 25 YRS OLD. Due to HOA requirements at least one adult staying at the property must be at least 25 years old. Beautifully remodeled 1 bdrm/ 1.5 bath condo w/660 sqft that's located in an amazing Beach Condominium Resort without the resort fees. Just steps away from the Sugar White Sands of the Emerald Coast. If you desire a check out time beyond 10am then it's at a rate of $25 per hour, rounded up to the next hour. Noon is the latest check out. ie - 1015am = $25.
