Schooners, Patches Pub, & Newby's are just around the corner making for a great walk home after dinner and drinks.

Private parking is right in front of the house, and you can enjoy one level throughout. If you have a large party, a 1 bedroom cottage is available on the same lot. **Note** The cottage is a separate listing and must be booked separately. Open wide spacious floor plan that’s very roomy with floor to ceiling windows and a 40 ft tiled balcony with lots of seating to observe sea life and the most beautiful sunsets. Two gulf front pools, two hot tubs and a kiddie pool. On the pool deck we have a tiki hut where you can get drinks and food(seasonal), lounges, deck chairs and a gazebo with picnic tables. A set of free Beach Chairs & umbrella (seasonal).

You’ll love my place because of the location, short walk to the beach , the views. The 2 story townhouse with 2 bedroom and 2,5 bathrooms. Beautiful beach style cottage with tasteful decorations! Master bedroom with king size bed, 2 d bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed on the 1 floor. House has 2 full bathroom and 1 half bath next to the kitchen area on the second floor.
