The house is only one block from the bay, in the heart of St Andrews, which is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Panama City. Within a short walk or bike ride you will find locally owned waterfront restaurants featuring fresh seafood, coffee shops, a bakery, ice creamery, and local boutiques.

Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 fee per reservation for one parking permit and pool wristbands. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.
