The Stables

The original stable to historic 160 year old Telegraph House has been renovated to a self contained one bedroom guesthouse with new en-suite , living area and well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cooktop and coffee machine. The living area has a wood burner fireplace, table and chairs, sofa, television, internet (NBN) and French doors opening onto verandah. The property has a secure yard and stall for a horse - $20 per night - and plenty of secure off street parking for a rig.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful views on the wrap around verandah, play some tennis, stroll to Crystal pool for a refreshing dip in the river or explore some of the beautiful walking trails through the majestic forest. The Old School House, Gundy

The Old School House and former teacher's residence of Gundy is a unique and historically significant building in this small village, 20km east of Scone in the Upper Hunter. Lovingly restored and renovated, it has wide verandahs with French doors leading off from most rooms. Fully airconditioned and tastefully furnished with a sunny and spacious new kitchen/dining area, it has views across the paddock and is set in a lovely native garden.
