The Black Lake Man Cave is completely new! It has a Up North atmosphere. It sits on the back of the property overlooks the field and woods. Beautiful Black Lake which is a 10,000 Acre lake is available for your use as we have 100ft of private lake frontage with a 70 ft dock which is shared by my other unit. We are close to Black Mountain Recreation Area and the Onaway Speedway. About 45 minutes from Mackinaw, Petoskey, Cheboygan, Rogers City and Ocqueoc Falls. Great for Guys & Girls outings!

Nestled in the quiet town of Jacksonport and a quick 15-20 min. drive to Egg Harbor, Baileys Harbor, Fish Creek, Ephraim, Sister Bay, Cave Point County Park and state parks! It’s also a short walk or bike ride to picturesque Lake Michigan right down the road. Jacksonport offers a small town grocery store, restaurants and public beach and park. Please no pets at anytime!

A bonfire pit and propane gas grill-for your use (at your own risk) Centrally located to so much in Northern Michigan. We have WIFI! And a new water heater and water tank.

Queen sized beds in each bedroom. Memory foam sofa sleeper in living room. Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and wine glasses for after your peninsula wine tour. Charcoal grill and picnic table for your use. Lots of on-site parking so multiple cars are not an issue.

Our pet-friendly, spacious home is the perfect home base for Northern Michigan! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen, a game room with a ping pong table, a fenced-in backyard complete with a fire pit and hot tub, and cornhole. You'll feel excited to have a home base close to everything Interlochen and Traverse City offer. There is only well water at this property. Note: Pet fee is not included in the total. The treehouse is not for use, unfortunately.

We are walking distance to the boat docks with a view of the harbor. We have a beautiful 4 season room at the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant, Molly Moo’s ice cream, and the downtown area. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.
