This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you can enjoy a beautiful nature all year round, have a moment in the sauna and jump in the outdoor bathtub. You can even choose to have a warm water or cold in the tub. In the main house you find a nice and easy-to-use fireplace to make your evening cozy and warm. The beds are comfy both in the main- or in the guest- house. Start your morning with an excellent coffee, made in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the rest of the day around.

Gammal, mysig stuga på landet, ändå nära till allt

Intill Hjälstavikens naturreservat ligger denna stuga som är en flygelbyggnad till Husby-Sjutolfts prästgård. Delar av huset är troligen från 1700-talet. Huset är 60 kvadratmeter med två rum, kök, hall och badrum med dusch. Du bor granne med värdfamiljen, men har egen "baksida" med altan ned eftermiddags-och kvällssol och utsikt över jordbrukslandskapet. I området finns fina promenadvägar och stigar runt Hjälstaviken, vid Ekolsunds slott och i skogarna runt omkring. Mataffär finns inom 10 km.

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.
