The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. This is an 70s era cozy 2BR/1BA downtown apartment with easy parking. It’s private, so you feel like it's made just for you. The price you see is what you pay. It's priced for budget minded people, and it's on a busy street with street noises, so please keep your expectations reasonable. This isn't a luxury silent mountain getaway. It's in a little fenced-in area w/ yard, grill and firepit. Less than a mile to downtown, or the Arts District. Coffee, food, grocery, and parks all close by.

The ramp to the porch and private entrance as well as the handrail in the bathroom makes the home handicapped friendly. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtfully appointed dining/living room, bedroom and bathroom. You will enjoy a hybrid mattress that will ensure restful sleep.

You'll love the abundant natural light in this peaceful one bedroom retreat. We are located in the Pettigru Historic District and are just a 5 minute walk from Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 15 minute walk to Main Street. This is an upstairs unit (1 of 3 total units located within the triplex) and has a private, exterior entrance. There's a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, bowls, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for your stay as well as a stocked Nespresso machine!

This little ground-floor studio sits beside our home, located 3 mi. from GSP, 4 mi. from BMW, 2 mi. from downtown Greer, and a mile from the Greer Memorial Hospital (Prisma). It is close to amenities, yet has a country feel. Please Note: We don't allow smoking anywhere on our property. We don't want to endanger future guests who may have serious reactions to residual cigarette smoke. If you smoke, kindly choose another place to stay. We also do not allow pets.
