Bo på en magisk 150m2 husbåd midt i København med 360° udsigt til vand, egen badestige og 200 meter til metro. Skansehage er en 32 meter lang husbåd fra 1958 bygget i træ, nu forvandlet fra bilfærge til en flydende bolig. Mulighed for at bade både vinter og sommer. Store fordæk og agterdæk med urban farming, udespisning, og solbadning. Der er 5 meter til loftet inde med åbent leverum med køkken, spise og sofastue. Underdæk er der 2 kahytter og 1 master bedroom samt toilet, bad og musikscene.

Hyggelig lejlighed helt centralt med udsigt til Søerne. Den ligger tæt på Torvehallerne, 10 min til Nørreport Station direkte til lufthavnen, små vinbarer og fantastiske restauranter. Der er en dejlig altan, hvor du kan nyde din kaffe i morgensolen. Boligen Køkken: Et veludstyret køkken til dem, med spisebord med en skøn udsigt over Søerne. Køkkenet er udstyret med komfur, ovn, emhætte, opvaskemaskine, kaffemaskine og brødrister. Soveværelse: Et hyggeligt soveværelse med en stor dobbeltseng.

Our home is on the 1st floor of an old quaint townhouse with a small shared garden. Located 5 min. from a big park (Fælledparken) and right in between the popular areas of Nørrebro and Østerbro - right next to the new metro line (vibenshus runddel st.) and just 10 minutes from the city center. Very convenient location in terms of public transportation. We are blessed with very friendly and helpful neighbours and a very quiet neighbourhood. No smoking inside please! Feel free to use the garden.
