The flat is new, builded in 2018 in the very centre of Uskudar;the historical quarter of the Asian part of Istanbul.The flat is situated on 3 rd floor and building has elevator.From the center of Uskudar there is an easy access to the city highlights,mainly reachable in 20 mins by ferry or metro.The flat is fully equipped and it offers free coffee and tea , tv, playstation 2,a new air conditioner.

Üsküdar, one of the oldest districts of Istanbul, is a touristic area. If you stay in this centrally located place, you will be close to the everywhere with your family. Tourist places such as Eminönü, Kapalı Çarşı, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Sultanahmet, Galata, Taxim are very close. Because the house is next to the metro and you only need to travel 1 stop to go to touristic places by metro. It only takes 5 minutes. Also, if you want to travel by ship, the pier and the metro are next to each other.
