Although the home is soundproofed by 5-layer windows, it might not be suited for light sleepers. Perfect for two couples or 1 family. Ideal for 4 people, but additional 2 people can use living room sleeper sofa. Elevated ground floor, 15 stairs have to be mounted upon entering the building entrance.
