This is a newly built guest suite with a separate entrance, full kitchen, W/D and tons of natural light. 1BD 1BTH with a pool table, one king size bed and one queen inflatable bed. We may add other amenities but the guest suite is the designated area for guests.

Swing on the porch and enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located home in a safe, wonderful family neighborhood. Make meals at home or enjoy a variety of close restaurants or fast food options. This home has recently been completely remodeled and all kitchen appliances are new. The bathroom is completely new. It’s close to I-15, shopping, Adobe and Silicon Slopes tech companies.

The Millstream Chalet

Come relax at our unique little wooden house; an oasis right in the city. The Millstream Chalet is situated directly on a creek that comes fresh from the mountains. Sip your coffee on the front porch while you take in the sounds of nature, enjoy a view of the falls from the dining table, and sleep late up in the cozy loft. From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

This is the Place Bungalow

Tucked away just 5 blocks south of Center Street in Provo sits a cozy historic 1905 bungalow, fully remodeled and perfect for 2 when seeking a respite from the day! With its high ceilings, big windows and lovingly restored hardwood floors, much of the original charm still exists after a full remodel. Close to BYU and UVU and an easy drive up to Sundance! Timpanogos, minutes from American Fork Canyon, Alpine Loop, and the Murdock Trail giving you access to scenic views, hiking, climbing, biking, golfing, skiing, and anything outdoors. We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.
