You'll enjoy boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, skim boarding, fishing and building sand castles right out your back door.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

The location is ideal. Close to Zion National Park and local stores and restaurants.
